上海华新残疾儿童康育院成立于 2004 年 7 月，是一所专门为自闭症、脑瘫、智力低下、多动症、抽动症等中枢神经系统问题特殊障碍儿童提供中西医结合综合康复的民间公益机构。

使命： “尊重生命，助力希望”

愿景：打造中国中枢神经系统问题患儿：机构——社区——家庭康复援助、成长希望谷！

Shanghai Huaxin Therapy and Rehabilitation Centre for Disabled Children

The Shanghai Huaxin Therapy and Rehabilitation Centre for Disabled Children was established in July of 2004. It is the only NGO in Shanghai providing therapy and rehabilitation for children with autism, cerebral palsy, children with mental impediment, dyskinesia, Tourette syndrome, spasticity and other disorders of the central nervous system.

Mission: Respect Life，give and support hope！

Vision: To build a “Garden of Hope” for children with central nervous system disorders: an organization – a community – assistance for families through rehabilitation.
